Cancellation Policy
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit of $50 made when scheduling your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules before the 24 hours will not be subject to a fee. In this case, your deposit will be refunded to you.
LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
We try to be as flexible and accommodating as we can, so please let us know if you are running late to your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this will count as a no-show (unless you have okayed this with your service provider) and will result in forfeiting your $50 deposit.
Deposits made will be deducted from your total at the end of your scheduled service.
